Programmers and teachers

Lloyd R. Prentice-2
There are great programmers and great teachers. Joe Armstrong was both. May we all aspire to as much.

Thank you, Joe.

Lloyd

Hi Lloyd,

It would be great if you print out this very memorial photo https://ferd.ca/static/img/joe-fred.jpg

and put it on your wall.

All of us will miss Joe

What?  Joe Armstrong is dead?  Oh *NO*!
I am so grateful to him for several things
and I hoped to say so to his face one day.
Why is it raining on my glasses?

I can safely say, if there's a single programmer I've learned the most
from, it is Joe Armstrong. His book and especially his papers were a
revelation.

Will be missed.

RIP.
