From another thread on these mailing lists:

erlang.org, i.e http download and mailing lists, documentation search, etc,
will be down for the first half of the upcoming weekend (Friday 16:00
through Saturday 14:00 CEST) due to power maintenance work in the building.

Yes it is down for scheduled maintenance.
